We understand the need for a building to have value for both the client and the community where it is located.
We encourage the input of stakeholders to create buildings that give back at least as much as they take. We use a bespoke Charrette process to ensure that we engage with all interested groups throughout the concept design and brief development process to realise the full value of a project for everyone involved.
The use of  Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology across the Practice ensures seamless collaboration, communication and control between all partners involved in the planning, design, delivery and management of a building.  BIM also provides the flexibility to integrate, interrogate and improve a design as required throughout the different stages of a project.
