Who we are and how we work
Cheshire Architecture & Construction combines 3 companies with 17 years’ industry experience. We each had a desire to do better for our customers, so we formed CA&C.

Today, we provide a modern, end-to-end service to fit busy lives. That means we’re with you from the first sketch to the last brick and beyond. Our service eliminates the guesswork and bottlenecks. It takes the headache out of complex project management by offering everything in-house.

1. Free survey and quote
Is it doable? That’s the first thing you need to know when starting a project. With almost two decades of experience, we’ve seen every kind imaginable. We’re happy to share our expertise with you through a free survey. This gives you a clear idea of what you can do. We’ll break down all costs and provide you with a scope of works.

2. Architect visit
Next, our award-winning architects will visit give your ideas shape. Using your quote as a blueprint, they’ll design around your requirements and budgets. You’ll receive a full set of drawings, and as many revisions as required to get things exactly as you want them. Once signed off, our structural engineers work to make sure your projects meets building control standards.

3. We secure permissions
Paperwork is complex, so we’ll do it for you. On your behalf, we’ll secure your project’s permissions. We won’t start work until these are secured and supplied to you. It’s important to keep these if you plan to sell your property in future.

4. Personal project manager
You’ll have a personal project manager and building manager to ensure the project runs without a hitch. They’ll meet with you on-site, advise about each stage of works, and make sure your project meets deadlines and milestones. Your manager will be with you to completion.

Our price promise
We’re confident no one else can offer a comparable service. By offering an in-house end-to-end service we keep costs down for you. If you can provide us with a cheaper quotation for the same works, we’ll happily refund the difference.
