BM made an excellent job on my roof and also carried out repointing work as requested.. They worked on the ridge tiles and some of the stone slates all to a very good standard.
Post work:
scaffolding went up two days after i signed the order and work commenced the following day. they worked hard to complete the full roof retiling on large detached house and detached double garage and completed in two weeks. after only a days break they retarmaced a large driveway and paths installing a ramp to the front door and shallow steps for my 98 yo father. excellent work on all projects

great job, workmen were very polite and friendly, cleaned up property very well. also had facia boards fitted and also on the apex. the house looks so much better. very satisfied, would recommend.
Promised a site visit to assess & provide quotation but didn't turn up!

Excellent in all respects. Prompt response, quickly arranged site visit to assess job; written quote sent via return. Good price and work completed the following week. Cannot fault! Workmen also incredibly hard working; courteous and EXTREMELY tidy - result!
Was difficult to rate the price comparison as no one else has come to price the job even though I have invited several other Roofing businesses to quote for the job.
Very efficient and polite, happy with quote, work done following day, I'm very happy with this company from getting the quote to the work being completed.

Billy (BN home improvement) started his working career from a very early age. Billy appears to be a down to earth fellow. He appears sound in knowledge of the work that is required and explained what work was required and explained and provided a cheaper or quality solution for my damaged roof. I went for latter.
