Step 1 : estimate call with customer to find out what customer needs.

Step 2 : arrange home design appointments which take 2 hours after that quotation will be provided.

Step 3: customer orders kitchens making full payments, order is then made with supplies taking 3-4 weeks in some case 2 weeks. If customer is having building work done kitchens will still be ordered and date will put in for delivery.

Step 4: kitchens units/appliances / worktops and sink and taps are all arranged to be delivered.


Step 5 : Prefit service will be arranged with the installation team to make sure everything is ready and arrange old kitchens to be taken out if needed. Customer will need to arrange to dispose of old kitchens or pay installation team.

Step 6 : kitchens in installed which take on a average of 7-10 working days depending on the size and work.

Step 7 : Job is complete and quality check list is done and sign off.
