The design direction and informational issues of all in-house projects are overseen by the practice's ARB Registered Architect. Team members have trained up in top London and Essex practices, and have extensive experience dealing with London and Essex Planning Authorities and Building Regulations. We are knowledgeable and experienced in sensitive applications involving listed buildings and conservation areas, and our expertise has delivered many successful development permissions for clients.
