Post work:
Charles responded straight away to my request for a quote for extending a concrete slab patio. He was friendly, explained each stage of the job, how many days it would take and how soon he could do the work. Of the three quotes I obtained his was not the cheapest but he sent a detailed written quote on headed paper which gave me confidence as did the 5 year written guarantee. He arrived promptly with his work mate on the agreed date. I was unsure about the colour match of the slabs that had been delivered and Charles went above and beyond to ensure that I would be happy with the finished patio. The work was completed within the agreed two days, the patio looks good and has passed inspection by my two grown up sons. I would be happy to recommend Charles based on the work as described.

Fair pricing - disappointed with timing, late for visit. Pleasent manners and professional.
Jacob Beech was not the cheapest quote but his 'enthusiasm' and interest was what swung it for me. As it turned out I am vert very happy with the overall job. He was very willing to go along with any changes as the the job progressed and, his team were worked very well.......especially when provided with endless cups of coffee.

First class service very pleased with the final product.were very helpful and no complaints. Thay kept going all the time even when the weather was very poor.The only down side was that they were not reliable time wise but they didn’t stop once started.Over all no extra work was no problem . An excellent job taking the trouble to make our drive as easy to move around on as possible.
A pleasant experience with Beech contractors. Very flexible on timescales. General quality of work was very good, the finer details could be improved with some minor aspects appearing to have been finished quickly rather than to a higher standard to meet the deadline. Clean up after the work was average. The project did come in a fair bit over budget however I deemed the reasons for this acceptable given how projects like this change as they are carried out. Overall, very hard working, with a high standard of work. They guarantee their work for 10 years, however I have not had to call upon it.
Generally good, although was not comfortable with being asked the value of my budget. When Charles then said 'Yes, we can do it for that'; it made me think that there was no working out a competitive price going on.
Job done quickly but potholes identified before work and agreed that these would be attended to. However, these potholes are now re-appearing so treating them before the drive job does not appear to have been done correctly. Requires Beech Contractors to come back and sort these out.

Mr Beech was excellent in providing all the information we needed to start the project. Hopefully it will be started next week.
Absolutely satisfied with the tarmaced area to the front of my home. Beech Contractors were a solid team who worked very hard to enhance what was a lawned area with bushes into a tarmaced area that looks professional and the team worked in tandem and very hard too. very, very satisfied with the work carried out. Would definitely recommend Beech Contractors to anyone who wants their area filled with tarmac.
