Based in Chorlton, Manchester, we specialise in small scale domestic and commercial refurbishment projects, including extensions, internal alterations and loft / garage conversions.
Each building project takes a number of stages to go from that initial thought through to the move in date. Back Room Architecture & Design can take you through as much or as little of this process as you require.
Back Room Architecture & Design was started by Matt Hargreaves in 2018. Matt is an award winning architect and design manager with over 10 years experience in the construction industry. His career outside of Back Room has given him a breadth of experience across residential, commercial, leisure and masterplanning schemes with notable projects including the Corn Exchange in Manchester, whereby Matt acted as the lead architect, and the Kampus development also in Manchester, whereby Matt worked for the main contractor as their design manager.
