Good efficient workers
It cost a bit more than estimated but did a very good job
Quick response, priced competitively, the ability to get it completed in a timely manner. Billy also highlighted several other 'small jobs' that needed doing on my Gutters that were way out of my comfort zone using ladders, which they did all within the price quoted which made the difference. Happy to recommend.

I was first contacted within about 20 mins of my quote request and 'Billy' explained that he could provide an on-site quote in 30 mins. He arrived as promised and provided an acceptable quote. The work was carried out professionally the following day and he also provided some additional knowledge regarding other aspects of roofing, that I may want to consider and was never pushy at all. I also decided to have the Ridges done on my roof as it was clear they needed doing. I must say that both Billy and his assistant where both respectful and courteous at all times throughout the work they carried out. Having already been let down by two roofing companies who quoted and then failed to show up. I am very happy to report B UR Roofer came out and did the job on the spot, replacing missing tiles and re setting slipped tiles on an old barn roof. Billy, Daz and Scott were very good. They started our job on Saturday and completed it by Tuesday lunchtime. They cleaned up on completion, washed the drive down and removed any rubbish. Fingers crossed that it will be watertight and not rain in. We had contacted other tradesmen and were very disappointed with their general attitude.

Contacted promptly and came to see the issue with the gutter leaking the next day (Friday) on time and gave a verbal quote on the spot. Were able to do the work to sort out the issue with in 3-5 working days as well as organising the scaffolding that was needed. Phoned back on Monday to see if we wanted to proceed and once agreed they sorted out the scaffolding and phoned back to confirm the scaffolding could be done on Wednesday morning and they would come late morning to do the work. Scaffolders arrived on time at 9.00am and B.UR arrived around 10.30 and the work was completed by around 1.30 with no hassle. While on site they made us aware of another issue to do with the felt in the bottom layer of the roof tiles that had apparently disintegrated after nearly 60!years and surprisingly they just happened to have the product that would solve the problem in their van and they could do it straight away while they were on site and the scaffolding was in place. They gave me a price if I wanted it done there and then and when I said I would think about it they immediately reduced the quote they gave me by £100 as they obviously wanted to make as much money while on site as my job was the only one for that day. Also tried to get me to let them replace the rest of my guttering at a good price again because they just happened to have the gutter from a previous job going spare. I decided not to let them replace the rest of my gutter until I had seen if the problem with the dripping gutter had been solved and if not would they return promptly to fix it

They called me and came around in less than an hour. Went up on the roof. Took some photographs and showed me where they were going to seal around the flew pipe and lead flashing and one of the slates needed a small bit sealed. It cost £150. Is this the correct charge?

This company was the only one who had the courtesy to reply to my request and in a very short period of time. Billy was friendly and helpful on the phone and advised and carried out the work with in 2 days of my speaking to him. He was professional and carried out everything he had promised, clearing away all the rubbish and leaving the site clean and tidy. I deferred writing my report until the guttering had been put to the test with a lot of heavy rain, however, Billy acknowledged my report of a slight leak within hours of my texting him and has promised to return to deal with the problem and I have absolutely no doubt he will do just that. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone. He is a gentleman.
Outstanding! Billy was so supportive and returned to fix a small problem within 48 hours of me reporting the concern.
