Pre work:
Very pleasant young men, I think the quote was very high so probably won't use them but their speed of answering was very good. The telephone manner of the younger man was not informative enough and mono-syllabic and I had to ring them when they didn't turn up at the agreed time. They were in fact 3 hours late.
