Architectural Services provides designs,plans planning applications and building regulation approvals for home extensions and conversions. We are specialists in Permitted Development projects which do not require planning consent.
The first step is a no obligation, no cost meeting at your property to discuss your ideas and to give advice about different options, the pros and cons for each, and any approvals needed, which I can arrange.Then to provide a quote for the design and plan which may be needed for Council approval, and which you can use to get quotes from your preferred builders, or from approved builders on our register.
The next step is to arange another visit to conduct an electronic survey of your property and an outline plan for discussion. After any changes that we agree, a full plan is produced for your approval.
You are fully involved in all decisions and kept fully informed at every stage.
