We will give you a fixed quotation to do the design work on your project

This is followed by presenting you with design options of your project as may have been discussed.

When the optimum design of your requirements are achieved we then visit the Planning Department for a pre application discussion of your project. (Some local authorities now charge for this service!)

We then prepare the final drawings and submit all Planning and Building Control Applications on your behalf

Detailed drawings are provided for alterations including loft and garage conversions and extensions to all types and ages of property

Additionally all structural calculations that may be required to support applications are provided within the quotation so no need to incur additional costs employing an independent structural engineer.
