Architectural & Construction Consultants Ltd are a small friendly consulting company with a vast amount of experience within the construction industry. We work with both Clients and Contractors preparing drawing, construction documents and running/supervision of projects as and when required to ensure smooth execution of projects.

We can provide specialist services as follows:

Architectural Services:

•Measured surveys – producing accurate drawings of existing buildings for client use in both 2D & 3D.
•Planning and Building Regulation Applications – we can prepare and submit planning and building regulations applications for alteration or new build projects.
•Space Planning – from plans we can produce gross and net internal areas, feasibility studies, space management layout and 3D visuals of proposed works.
•Detailing Service - We can assist Architectural Firms with detailing services using either Revit or AutoCAD.

Construction Documents Service:

•Preparation of Risk and Method statements for proposed work including preparation of Construction Phase Plans where needed •Project management services on behalf of the client for those who do not have the knowledge to run their own projects.
•Preparation of Operation and Maintenance manual (O&M manual) for completed projects on behalf of the contractor for the client.
