Stuart was really open and honest. Nice chap, no hard sell.
Information on installation good but do not like companies that quote at twice their final estimate ,consult with office to get price down to what original quote should have been. Then try to get confirmation that you will acccept special price there and then.

Chris was very thorough and explained everything very well. He listened to my requirements and acted upon them. A well conducted consultation.
Sales staff were knowledgeable but too much time was spent on the phone ringing back and forth to the office. All I needed was a measure up and price. No hard sell required.
Good response with quality produce but not competitive

I had a call from a representative a month or so after the consultation asking why I didn't have them do the work.He accused me of wasting there time because I am delegated from my husband. I ended the call,I found him very intimidating.
