We tailor our service to meet your needs, large or small.
An initial consultation provides an opportunity for us to visit the site and discuss your proposal ideas. Our objective is to help you develop your ideas and we may put forward some design solutions that you have not considered. We will advise on the building process from initial concept and feasibility design, through to planning, building regulations submission and the construction phase. We will also able to give you an idea of project cost and timescales.

We will provide you with a written fixed fee quotation, and full breakdown of our services. Our services are priced on a fixed fee basis per item. You can choose to use us for any one individual item, or for the entire process.
