Pre work:
Salesman punctual, courteous and informed on their product range. Salesman arrived shortly after a rival firm had just completed their pitch. Was very easy to talk to and had no problems answering my questions.

Not very forthcoming with information - had to prize it out of him. Seemed to bluff his way through to some extent. Didn't really inspire confidence, although he did go out of his way to try to get a good quote. Due to holidays, quote not yet received
