Impressed with the speed as he rang so quickly then came straight away to price the job. I said I wanted more quotes, but nobody rang so I looked in my email and rang only quote there. Found it was the same man, Tom Smith. He then lowered his price and said he could do it in the morning. I accepted offer and he and 2 chaps came early next morning and wonderful job completed in 20 minutes!
