Advanced Roofing Solutions Ltd has been installing BBA approved Topseal GRP fibreglass roof coverings and cold applied resin roofing systems since 2006.

With more than 10 years experience specialising solely in the installation of resin roofing systems Advanced Roofing Solutions has become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our field.

Our workload is split approximately 50\50 between domestic and commercial installations and we have had experience of and are happy to take on any size installation ranging from a small domestic porch roof right through to large scale commercial, industrial and social housing projects.

The systems that we install form completely seamless, monolithic membranes which have been fully tested and are certified as fit for purpose by the BBA (British board of Agrément ) and the ETA (European Technical Approval). BBA approved roofing systems can only be sold to and installed by approved contractors of the manufacturer ensuring that you get what you pay for.

All installed systems can be specified as fully insulated warm roofs on refurbishment works and which comply fully with Approved Document L (Conservation of fuel and power). Advanced Roofing Solutions are members of the government approved Competent Roofer Scheme and all installations comply with current regulation and all refurbishment installations that include the removal of the existing roof covering will be registered through the scheme and the relevant compliance certificates will be issued on completion of works.

The guarantees available for the systems that we install range from 15–30 years and all system guarantees can be insurance backed for a maximum period of 25 years for added peace of mind.

Our teams of installers having completed their manufacturers training receive further on-site training prior to being given their own installations to carry out, ensuring that you get the best finish from a competent installer first time.

We take both our and your Health and Safety seriously and are registered with both CHAS and Constructionline which are recognised SSIP (Safety schemes in procurement).
