Here at ACS we can help you with any asbestos related matter. We provide surveys, management advice, removal works, airtests, training etc. Just call our team to get help with your needs.
Asbestos Surveys
These are required for all commercial premises to allow them to manage asbestos as required by the HSE. This type of survey is called a management survey. Often they are also asked for by house buyers prior to purchasing a property.
If major refurbishment or demolition is to happen then a more intrusive Refurb/Demo survey would be required to ensure all asbestos likely to be disturbed is found and removed prior to the works taking place.
Asbestos Removal
Our team of fully qualified personnel are able to quote for all types of asbestos removal from a simple garage to an extensive large removal project.
Asbestos Management
Once you have established where asbestos is within your property you have a duty to maintain it in good condition by drawing up a a management plan. We can do this for you and attend your site on a regular basis to ensure you are compliant.
Training
We can offer all types of training from asbestos awareness through to asbestos removal operative training.
Airtests
If there is a need to prove an area is clear of asbestos in the air then we can carry out airtests by a UKAS accredited analyst.
