Quoted for sampling. They were very prompt in contacting me and competitive quote. Decided to go with A N Other that were similar price, had been recommended and can do the removal work if turns out to be necessary.
This week I found myself in a very difficult position, we needed an asbestos survey and by good fortune I contacted Tony Cole. He has been a real star, he conducted the survey the same day, he sent off samples and asked for prompt service, he got the results back yesterday and stayed up until 22:38 to send me the report. The guy is a true hero. It is so refreshing to find a professional with such passion, care and pride in his job. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks.
