Everything was fine good quality windows and door, all fitted on time and very clean and tidy. There were a few 'adjustments' needed to a window and door but nothing major. All is ok.

The sale advisor, Gavin, was very nice and friendly with us and help us to make the right choice. Very good and reliable company, and excellent quality and customer service.
Richard appeared very knowledgeable regarding the products he was selling and did his best to ensure I understoood what I would be paying for. Unfortunately for him I am nor using this company. I feel guilty, however I had to go with the company that was more favouritable to my purse.
Was expecting design pictures from them, but cos it was the window company doing them, and there were two different companies involved they said there was no overall cad available - so I can' tsee what overall look will be like.
