365's Story

Our story began in 2003. Back then the owners of the current company, Sam & Lee, each embarked on a separate yet similar path which unbeknown to them would bring their unique skill-set and customer focussed business methods together some 16 years later.

Today, we are privileged to have amassed a large client base of customers varying from domestic homeowners & landlords to large blue chip companies and everything in between. Our original customer focussed morals have grown and our standards are high. We approach each day and each job with the same exceptional service.

365 was generated as an indication that we are happy to accommodate our customers all year round, whatever it takes. This can-do attitude is something that we pride ourselves on and this was

Our unique background in similar sectors has allowed us to increase our service base and provide our customers a growing number of available services, all with the 365 ethos of dedicated customer satisfaction.

Although predominantly based on the immediate perimeter of Heathrow Airport, we have undertaken projects UK-wide and with our can-do philosophy we will always try to accommodate our customers needs. We work on a daily basis throughout London, the Home Counties and the entire South of England.

Although we undertake the vast majority of our services 'in house', from time to time we are requested to provide a service beyond what we would call our usual daily activities. Given our vast history, we can almost always accommodate and our wealth of associates, who we call partners, are at the heart of the 365 experience. Any partners that work alongside us are trusted, vetted and above all educated and trained to the 365 customer-focussed ethos. This allows us to expand and keep more of our customers happy while retaining our usual high standards.

As all of our services are based on unrivalled customer service, its only natural we have the best insurance in place. We are insured for £5m public liability and £10m employers liability through one of the UK's most trusted business insurers. We are happy to provide a copy of this at any time.
