Responded Tuesday morning engineer very knowledgeable about various gas boilers and method of explaining information excellent. Company also had a competitive cover plan for covering and servicing combi boilers which was part of my original request to yourselves. We decided to opt for the cover plan at this stage because boiler is working fine and avoids extra expense at Christmas time. When the time comes to replace our boiler we will choose 1 of the boilers we were informed about as we will already be a customer of this company it would be easier to get things in motion.

A bit 'over the top', so patronising and'full of himself. Don't think he knew I am a retired Chief Engineer(Merchant Navy, Mechanical and Electrical). Described the MagnaClean filter as if it was the next space shuttle. Pricy too.
