Abberley Hall is on the other side of Abberley Hill. It used to be a country house until 1916 when preparatory school Abberley Hall School moved its premises there.
There are two churches in Abberley. The oldest is the dilapidated St. Michael's Church, however the chancel was restored and is still used for some services. St. Mary's Church was built between 1850 and 1852 to take over from St. Michael's to the north of the area.
