Lostwithiel
Lostwithiel is a civil church and also small town in Cornwall, England, United Kingdom at the head of the estuary of the River Fowey. The name Lostwithiel originates from the Cornish "lostwydhyel" which suggests "tail of a wooded area". The community is situated in the Fowey river valley, placed between the A390 road from Tavistock to Truro as well as the upper tidal reaches of the river.
