Had a number of issues with roof and looking for a full roof report to be done. It's a new build less than 2 years old.
Gorebridge
Gorebridge is a former mining town in Midlothian, Scotland. The town gets its name from the bridge throughout the River Gore, a tributary of the South Esk. It was the house of Scotland's first gunpowder mill, at the Gore Water, that started operating in 1794. Gorebridge has an annual Gala Day which constantly happens on the 3rd Saturday in June. This is similar to a town fair, with trips and video games. The gala day has a custom of choosing a Community King as well as Queen from the primary schools. Gorebridge has 4 primary schools, Gorebridge Primary, Stobhill Main, St Andrews RC Primary as well as Gore Glen Main. Greenhall Secondary school used to offer the community but closed down in 1994. Regional children now go to close-by Newbattle Community Secondary school, Lasswade Senior High School or St David's RC Senior high school. Gorebridge's neighborhood football team is juniors Arniston Rangers that play house games at Newbyres Park. On 6 September 2015 Gorebridge saw the return of the Waverley Line with a brand-new station improved the site of the original station. This gives rail access to the Borders and Edinburgh Waverley railway station. In the Gore Glen there is a shallow cave, called "The King's Cave". According to legend a burglar used to steal cattle as well as conceal in this nearby cave. It is not, as some believe, named after Robert the Bruce, who was stated to have actually hidden here after defeat at the hands of the English.
