Newton Stewart
Newton Stewart is a former burgh town in the historical region of Wigtownshire in Dumfries and also Galloway, southwest Scotland. The town gets on the River Cree with a lot of the town to the west of the river, and is occasionally referred to as the "Gateway to the Galloway Hills". The primary regional sectors are farming, forestry as well as tourism. The community holds a regional market, as well as a variety of solutions to sustain the farming sector. There are many mountain biking routes in the area. Newton Stewart pushes the southern edge of the Galloway Forest Park, which provides many tasks to the community. Newton Stewart FC, nicknamed the "Creesiders" play in the South of Scotland league, their ground is called Blairmount Park.
