Bonnybridge
Bonnybridge is a small town in the Falkirk council area of Scotland. It is 4.0 miles (6.4 kilometres) west of Falkirk, 5.3 miles (8.5 km) north-east of Cumbernauld and 8.3 miles (13.4 kilometres) south-southwest of Stirling. The town is located near the Bonny Water which goes through the town as well as exists north of the Forth as well as Clyde Canal. To the south-east of Bonnybridge is an unspoiled section of the Antonine Wall, and the residues of Rough Castle Fort, one of the most total of the surviving Roman forts of the wall. According to the 2001 Census, the population stands at 6,870 residents.
