Barton-upon-Humber or Barton is a town and civil parish in North Lincolnshire, England. As recorded in the 2011 Census, the town boasts a population of about 11066 inhabitants. The importance of the human remains is in the way they represent the pathology of an isolated community over the period between 950 and 1850.
