Llanon
Llanon is a village in Ceredigion, Wales. It joins the village of Llansantffraid on the coastline of Cardigan Bay, 5 mi (8.0 kilometres) north of Aberaeron and 11 miles (18 km) south of Aberystwyth on the A487 road. It is situated on an increased coastline. The village is called after the church of Saint Non (llan-Non), the mommy of Saint David. By practice, St David was brought up in Llanon. The selecting ward which includes Llansantffraid had a population of 2,386 in 2011.
