Amersham

Amersham is a market town and civil parish within the Chiltern district within the English county of Buckinghamshire. It's located within the Chiltern Hills, 27 miles northwest of London, 15 miles from Aylesbury and 13 miles from High Wycombe. It forms part of the London commuter belt as a consequence of its closeness to London. There is a chalk stream that runs through the town, although it often is dried up all through the year. ✓ The materials that are to be used must be similar or the same to the materials that has already been used on the house’s exterior.

However, you should bear in mind that there are some properties that are exempt from Permitted Development. Examples of these type of properties include conservation areas, Areas Of Outstanding Natural Beauty and World Heritage sites. Permitted Development does not also provide coverage for listed buildings.
