An engineered wooden door is a door made out of multiple pieces of wood. This is opposed to solid wooden doors that are made out of one piece of wood.Engineered wooden doors are usually covered by veneer to make them look like they are made from one piece of wood. They tend to be sturdier and straighter than solid doors.
Lostwithiel
Lostwithiel is a civil church and also town in Cornwall, England, UK ahead of the estuary of the River Fowey. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 2,739, raising to 2,899 at the 2011 census. The Lostwithiel electoral ward had a population of 4,639 at the 2011 census. The name Lostwithiel originates from the Cornish "lostwydhyel" which means "tail of a woody area". The community is located in the Fowey river valley, placed between the A390 road from Tavistock to Truro and the top tidal reaches of the river. Lostwithiel train station is on the Cornish Main Line from Plymouth to Penzance. It is situated on the south side of the community, simply across the medieval bridge. The line was originally developed for the Cornwall Railway which constructed its main workshops right here, but the surviving workshop buildings were transformed into houses in 2004. A branch line takes china clay trains to Fowey. The town consists of the residential areas of Bridgend to the eastern and also Rosehill and Victoria to the west of the River Fowey.
