A garage conversion means you won't need to relocate for extra space, which may help you save thousands of pounds on solicitor charges, estate agent payments and stamp duty. And the extra room can be changed into anything you need, no matter if it's an expansion to the living area or kitchen, or even a separate room completely.

With the infrastructure already in position it's clear that a garage conversion is going to be less costly than building an extension also, and won't eat valuable space within your garden. With the outside not likely to change as well, it's a great way to bypass regulations for conservation areas and also listed buildings.

Lynton

Lynton is a town on the Exmoor coast in Devon, England, being located on top of the cliffs over the attractive harbour village of Lynmouth, to which it is linked by the Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway. Lynton was formerly the terminus for the narrow-gauge Lynton and Barnstaple Railway, which served both towns. The two areas are governed at local level by Lynton and Lynmouth Town Council. The South West Coast Path and Tarka Trail go through, and the Two Moors Way ranges from Ivybridge in South Devon to Lynmouth; the Samaritans Way South West runs from Bristol to Lynton and the Coleridge Way from Nether Stowey to Lynmouth. Half a mile to the west are the impressive Valley of Rocks and Wringcliff Bay. According to the 2011 Census, the town has a permanent population of around 1157 people. Proof of Iron Age activity can be located at the neighboring Roborough Castle. In Lynton today is the Parish Church of St. Mary, which stands towering over the sea, surrounded by shops and hotels. The tower is largely 13th century however the church itself has been enlarged and changed, most significantly in 1741, when the nave was reconstructioned, and later in Victorian times. Much of the town's buildings were built in the latter part of the 19th century and the early 20th century. The town hall was offered to the town by Sir George Newnes, Bart., a major benefactor of the town, and it was opened on 15 August 1900. He also awarded the town the Congregational church on Lee Roadway. For all of your home remodelings, make sure to identify trustworthy contractors in Lynton to make certain of quality.
