Milnthorpe
Milnthorpe is a huge town and selecting ward within the South Lakeland district of Cumbria, England. Historically part of Westmorland and also straddling the A6 road, the community has a number of old hostelries and also hosts a market in The Square every Friday. The parish as well as ward of Milnthorpe had a population of 2,106 recorded in the 2001 census, enhancing to 2,199 at the 2011 Census. Each August, the Friends of the Exhibition holds its annual art exhibition in the church.
