Greenhithe
Greenhithe (population 4,700) is a town in the Borough of Dartford in Kent, England. It lies east of Dartford, in the civil church of Swanscombe and Greenhithe. Greenhithe's economy no longer depends on river profession, this having been replaced by the M25 motorway, the new Broadband 1 Ebbsfleet International station and the Bluewater facility. The entire location is being redeveloped as part of the Thames Gateway regrowth. Its advocate councils and also federal government enrollers thus aim to attract more wealth as well as earnings generation, especially via the communication with the substantial shopping center. This is shown in increased residential or commercial property valuations, as well as somewhat higher costs than in 20th century overspill estates which had a tendency to line the estuary. Its high street is much less substantial a destination than Bluewater, which is supplemented by a supermarket in the town. Greenhithe train station aside, there is little in the area in addition to real estate. The Thames Gateway project has seen growth of property neighbourhoods of the town such as Ingress Park and Waterstone Park, in addition to of industrial as well as company estates that practically totally surround the previous large hamlet.
