Cromer
Cromer is a coastal community and civil parish on the north shore of the English county of Norfolk. It is about 23 miles (37 kilometres) north of the region city of Norwich, 116 miles (187 kilometres) north-northeast of London and 4 miles (6.4 kilometres) east of Sheringham on the North Sea shoreline. The local government authority is North Norfolk District Council, whose headquarters is in Holt Road in the town. The civil parish has a location of 4.66 km2 (1.80 sq mi) as well as at the 2011 census had a population of 7,683. The community is remarkable as a standard vacationer hotel and also for the Cromer crab, which develops the significant source of income for local anglers. The motto Gem of the Norfolk Coast is highlighted on the community's roadway indicators.
