Greenhithe
Greenhithe (population 4,700) is a village in the Borough of Dartford in Kent, England. It is located east of Dartford, in the civil parish of Swanscombe and Greenhithe. Greenhithe's economy no more depends upon river profession, this having been changed by the M25 motorway, the new High Speed 1 Ebbsfleet International station as well as the Bluewater complicated. The whole location is being redeveloped as part of the Thames Gateway regeneration. Its advocate councils and federal government enrollers hence aim to attract more affluence and income generation, particularly via the communication with the enormous shopping center. This is mirrored in boosted residential or commercial property valuations, as well as slightly higher investing than in 20th century overspill estates which tended to line the estuary. Its high street is much less considerable a destination than Bluewater, which is supplemented by a supermarket in the town. Greenhithe train station aside, there is little in the area apart from housing. The Thames Gateway project has seen expansion of domestic neighbourhoods of the town such as Ingress Park as well as Waterstone Park, along with of industrial and also service estates that virtually entirely surround the former big hamlet.
