Choppington
Choppington is a town and civil church in Northumberland, England. It is situated a short range to the south-east of Morpeth, and also north of Bedlington. It went to once part of the three big mid-Northumberland collieries (Ashington, Bomarsund and Choppington). The church, which was previously called North Bedlington, additionally includes the settlements of Bomarsund, Guide Post, Stakeford, Sheepwash, Scotland Gate as well as West Sleekburn.
