Greenhithe
Greenhithe (population 4,700) is a village in the Borough of Dartford in Kent, England. It is located east of Dartford, in the civil church of Swanscombe and also Greenhithe. Greenhithe's economic situation no longer relies on river profession, this having been changed by the M25 motorway, the brand-new High Speed 1 Ebbsfleet International station as well as the Bluewater complicated. The whole location is being redeveloped as part of the Thames Gateway regrowth. Its supporter councils and government enrollers therefore aim to attract even more affluence as well as income generation, particularly with the communication with the enormous shopping complex. This is reflected in enhanced residential property valuations, and also slightly greater investing than in 20th century overspill estates which often tended to line the tidewater. Its high street is much less substantial a destination than Bluewater, which is supplemented by a supermarket in the town. Greenhithe railway station apart, there is little in the area apart from real estate. The Thames Gateway project has seen expansion of domestic neighbourhoods of the village such as Ingress Park and also Waterstone Park, along with of industrial and also service estates that practically totally surround the previous large hamlet.
