Shifnal
Shifnal is a market town and also civil parish in Shropshire, England, regarding 3 miles (5 km) east of Telford. It has a train station on the Shrewsbury-Wolverhampton Line and is near the M54 motorway. At the 2001 census, it had a population of 6,391, boosting to 6,776 at the 2011 census. With a multitude of on-going housing developments this is expected to pass 10,000 by 2020. In late 2018 plans for a second, far bigger expansion of Shifnal, were exposed by Shropshire County Council.
