Newbury
Newbury is known as a civil parish along with the principal town in the west of the county of Berkshire in England. It is found on the River Kennet and the Kennet and Avon Canal, and possesses a town centre comprising several 17th century buildings. Newbury is best known for its racecourse. The adjoining countryside is noteworthy for agriculture, racehorse training, Highclere Castle, ruined Donnington Castle and possesses the former USAF airbase at Greenham Common.
