Aviemore
Aviemore is a town and also visitor resort, situated within the Cairngorms National Park in the Highlands of Scotland. It is in the Badenoch and Strathspey board area, within the Highland council location. The community is prominent for winter sports and other wintertime sports, as well as for hill-walking in the Cairngorm Mountains. There are outstanding sights of the Cairngorms from different places within the community, especially from the train station. The Aviemore rock circle is located within a property area of the community. Aviemore lies on the B9152 (the "old" A9 road because the main road from Inverness to Perth was rebuilt even more west in 1980). Aviemore train station is on the Highland Main Line as well as Aviemore is likewise the southern terminus of the Strathspey Railway, a heritage railway.
