A biomass boiler is an eco friendly way to produce heat in the house, whilst an installation will reduce your energy expenses by hundreds of pounds each year.

Biomass boilers burn carbon dioxide neutral products such as timber pellets or farm waste. They reduce your reliance upon fossil fuels including coal, gas and oil, which experts claim could help you save increasingly more money each and every year as national suppliers turn up costs.

We're able to supply you with up to four biomass boiler firms in your town, who will provide quotes for the work you need carried out. You'll be given a home visit from professionals in Hessle who will set up the biomass central heating boiler for a superb price.

The fitting of a biomass central heating boiler can take a couple of hours to undertake, determined by your home's existing pipework and old heating systems.

Hessle

Hessle is a town, civil parish and electoral ward in the East Riding of Yorkshire in England. It is situated 5 miles west of Kingston upon Hull city centre. Geographically speaking, it forms a portion of a larger metropolitan region that contains the city of Kingston upon Hull, the town of Hessle and a variety of villages, although it is not a section of the city. It rests on the north edge of the Humber Estuary where the Humber Bridge Crosses. At the time of the 2011 Census, the town had a permanent population of 15000, increasing slightly from the 14767 inhabitants noted in the 2001 Census. Hessle's town centre is The Square. Featured within this area are a variety of regional and national shops, in addition to a bus station. Found just off of The Square is Hessle All Saints' Church, which was classified as a Grade I listed building in 1967 and is now recorded in the National Heritage List for England, maintained by Historic England. The town is extensively referred to as the home to the Humber Bridge, a world renowned bridge opened by Queen Elizabeth in 1981, which was the world's longest single span suspension bridge as of its completion. Until the bridge, entry to the town was far more troublesome as it was essential to go the long way round the River Humber. The town of Barton upon Humber is connected to the town because of the bridge, which rests on the opposite side of the river. For all of your house upgrades, make sure to make use of credible professionals in Hessle to make certain of quality.

FAQs

Is a biomass boiler compatible with my existing central heating system?

Biomass boilers will work with existing central heating systems, presuming this is not decades old, whether they use radiators or under floor heating. A surveyor will check the existing system you have in place before quoting for or recommending a biomass boiler to you.

Do biomass boilers take up lots of space?

Many domestic biomass boilers are no bigger than a standard gas boiler. However, they do require a flue, a feeder and a space to store the fuel. These can be designed to suit many different properties and will fit in lots of homes or a garage or outbuilding.

Can I use a biomass boiler with other forms of heating?

Biomass boilers can be designed to work with other kinds of heating. The most common of these is solar thermal. This is a popular renewable energy pairing. Solar thermal heating will meet your hot water needs during the summer while a biomass boiler can operate as a backup during the winter when solar thermal panels do not perform as well.

Do biomass boilers need lots of maintenance?

Biomass boilers do require some maintenance. Many manufacturers recommend servicing twice a year, although this is often included in the installation cost. Many systems have automatic fuel loading that removes the need to manually load fuel. You will need to remove the ash from the boiler, but this is as easy as emptying a vacuum cleaner.
