Decreasing energy bills within this day and age is important and biomass boilers are the most effective ways to get this done. In the event that biomass heat is something you're considering, complete our online form and assess up to 4 free quotes.
Biomass boilers are a popular form of property heating and enjoy a green reputation, as an eco friendly method of heating your home. On top of this they'll decrease your payments by hundreds of pounds a year.
So how does biomass work? Well, biomass boilers burn natural products which are carbon dioxide neutral. For instance, boilers will use wood pellets or agricultural waste for fuel. This simply means you're taking away dependence for fossil fuels, which can be particularly important when gas and electricity prices are continually climbing.

Amersham is a market town and civil parish within the Chiltern district in the English county of Buckinghamshire. It's located within the Chiltern Hills, 27 miles northwest of London, 15 miles from Aylesbury and 13 miles from High Wycombe. It forms part of the London commuter belt due to its closeness to London. There's a chalk stream that runs through the town, although it frequently is dried up all through the year. The river is located in a large valley that's bigger than is possible for the River Misbourne to reduce, meaning that it's a misfit stream. The origins of the town can be dated back to a time before Anglo-Saxon times, and it is named inside the Domesday Book of 1086. In 1200, the Earl of Essex was granted a charter for Amersham, which allowed for the hosting of a market on Fridays and a fair in September. A further charter, obtained in 1613, changed the market day to Tuesday and established a statute fair on 19th September. Until the coming of the Metropolitan Railway in 1892, the part of the town presently generally known as Amersham on the Hill was known as Amersham Common. From this date, the town began expanding. There are lots of parks open to the public for sporting and recreational use. The town is also home to Amersham Town F.C., who play at Spratley's Meadow in Old Amersham. Amersham boasts a Grade II listed building, 'High and Over House', which was created with an art deco style by the architect Amyas Connell in 1931. For all of your home upgrades, be sure that you employ reliable specialists in Amersham to make sure you get the best quality.

Biomass boilers will work with existing central heating systems, presuming this is not decades old, whether they use radiators or under floor heating. A surveyor will check the existing system you have in place before quoting for or recommending a biomass boiler to you.
Biomass boilers can be designed to work with other kinds of heating. The most common of these is solar thermal. This is a popular renewable energy pairing. Solar thermal heating will meet your hot water needs during the summer while a biomass boiler can operate as a backup during the winter when solar thermal panels do not perform as well.
Many domestic biomass boilers are no bigger than a standard gas boiler. However, they do require a flue, a feeder and a space to store the fuel. These can be designed to suit many different properties and will fit in lots of homes or a garage or outbuilding.
Biomass boilers do require some maintenance. Many manufacturers recommend servicing twice a year, although this is often included in the installation cost. Many systems have automatic fuel loading that removes the need to manually load fuel. You will need to remove the ash from the boiler, but this is as easy as emptying a vacuum cleaner.
We can help you get more biomass boilers work with our qualified job leads and boost your business.
