Ballater
Ballater is a burgh in Aberdeenshire, Scotland on the River Dee, immediately east of the Cairngorm Mountains. Situated at an elevation of 213 m (700 ft), Ballater is a centre for walkers and known for its sparkling water, when stated to treat scrofula. It is home to greater than 1500 citizens.
