Ruthin
Ruthin is the county town of Denbighshire in north Wales as well as a neighborhood in the southerly part of the Vale of Clwyd. The older community, the castle as well as St Peter's Square lie on a hillside, yet numerous more recent parts in the flood plain of the River Clwyd. Welsh audio speakers represent 42 per cent of the community's population.
