Sandringham
Sandringham is a village and also civil church in the north of the English area of Norfolk. The village is positioned 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) southern of Dersingham, 12 km (7.5 mi) north of King's Lynn and 60 kilometres (37 mi) north-west of Norwich. The civil parish prolongs eastwards from Sandringham village to the shore of the Wash some 6 km (3.7 mi) far-off, as well as consists of the towns of West Newton and Wolferton. It has a location of 41.91 km2 (16.18 sq mi) and in 2001 had a population of 402 in 176 houses. The population had enhanced to 437 at the 2011 Census. For the objectives of local government, the church is in the area of King's Lynn and West Norfolk. Sandringham is best called the location of Sandringham House and also its estate, a favoured vacation home of Queen Elizabeth II as well as numerous of her precursors. Near to Sandringham house is the Royal Stud, a stud farm that houses much of the imperial steeds. The village was the birth place of Diana, Princess of Wales.
