Double glazing is made up of two layers of glass, with a layer of argon gas in between. This type of glass can be used in Aluminium windows. The gas is a poor insulator, helping heat to stay in your home and making your windows more efficient. As well as trapping the argon gas, the second layer of glass reduces the amount of noise that enters your property, and helps to make your windows stronger and more secure.
Tywyn
Tywyn, formerly meant Towyn, is a town, neighborhood, as well as seaside resort on the Cardigan Bay shore of southerly Gwynedd, Wales. It was formerly in the historic area of Merionethshire. It is famous as the location of the Cadfan Stone, a rock cross with the earliest known instance of written Welsh, and the home of the Talyllyn Railway. At the time of the 2001 census, 40.5% of the population were recorded as Welsh speakers. By the 2011 census this had reduced to 37.5%. These relatively high numbers (offered the community's population density) show making use of both Welsh and English as the medium of instruction in Ysgol Penybryn, the community's primary school. An Estyn examination record in 2010 noted that regarding 11% of the youngsters at the school originated from homes where Welsh was the major language.
