Double glazing is made up of two layers of glass, with a layer of argon gas in between. This type of glass can be used in Aluminium windows. The gas is a poor insulator, helping heat to stay in your home and making your windows more efficient. As well as trapping the argon gas, the second layer of glass reduces the amount of noise that enters your property, and helps to make your windows stronger and more secure.
Torrington
Great Torrington (commonly abbreviated to Torrington, though the towns of Little Torrington and Black Torrington are located in the same area) is a tiny market town in the north of Devon, England. Parts of it are sited over ground with steep fall to the River Torridge listed below, with the lower-lying parts of the community susceptible to occasional flooding. Torrington remains in the centre of Tarka Nation, a landscape captured by Henry Williamson in his novel Tarka the Otter in 1927. Great Torrington has among one of the most energetic volunteering areas in the UK. In July 2019, Great Torrington was reported to be the healthiest location to stay in Britain. Scientists from the University of Liverpool found that the area had low degrees of pollution, great access to green room as well as health services, in addition to couple of retail outlets.
