Langport
Langport is a small town as well as civil parish in Somerset, England, 5 miles (8.0 kilometres) west of Somerton in the South Somerset district. The church (which covers only part of the community) has a population of 1,081. Langport is contiguous with Huish Episcopi, a different parish that consists of much of the community's outskirts. Langport pushes the eastern bank of the River Parrett, below the factor where that river is signed up with by the River Yeo (Ivel).
