Wasps are a typical pest in the UK. Although single wasps can be controlled by spraying with a wasp killer, nests, swarms or constantly present wasps can be troublesome. A specialist pest control company can get rid of a wasp infestation by employing a controlled spraying of insecticide which the wasps will spread themselves throughout the nest.

Wasps can be dangerous as they are capable of stinging repeatedly. Wasps in nests can swarm when they feel threatened, releasing many wasps into the surrounding area at one time. If you believe there could be a wasp nest in your garden, it's important to keep children and household pets away from it. If you cannot identify the nest yourself, it might be necessary to call a pest control specialist who will be able to track it down.

There are a variety of methods that pest control companies can make use of to get rid of wasp nests. The best method will be different depending on the exact location of the nest and the number of wasps. Commonly, a powder insecticide is sprayed on the nest which will kill the wasps. However, for areas that are difficult to access there are other solutions, such as high reach insecticide applicators. Wasp traps are also available if you have a recurring wasp infestation in an area. These traps can help to reduce the number of scavenging wasps by luring them to the traps.

Harwich

Harwich is a town in the English county of Essex. Located on the coast in the Tendring district, it is near Felixstowe, Ipswich, Colchester and Clacton on Sea, and it is the most northern seaside town within Essex. As a result of its position on the estuaries of the River Stour and River Orwell, alongside its benefit to sailors as being the only safe anchorage between the Thames and the Humber, the town had significant civil and military maritime value for a long period of time. In 1657, the town came to be a naval base and was highly strengthened with the building of the Harwich Redoubt, Beacon Hill Battery, and Bath Side Battery. According to the 2011 Census, the town has a population of around 17684. Even though it is a town of a relatively modest size, Harwich has a high status for its architectural heritage. The town continues to be structured making use of the basic street plan incorporating principal thoroughfares linked by a variety of small alleys, which illustrates the town's medieval origins. The majority of the existing medieval structures are private homes, although there is a range of public buildings of a historical nature. This includes the parish church of St. Nicholas, built in 1821 in a Gothic style, which contains a number of the authentic furnishings and an organ. Just one structure is Grade I listed, which is the Guildhall of 1769. A striking building is the Pier Hotel of 1860, renamed the Great Eastern Hotel of 1864, which is a stunning demonstration of the town's changing role after the arrival of the railway line in Colchester, drawing in increasing numbers of visitors. For all of your home upgrades, make certain to make use of trustworthy contractors in Harwich to make certain of quality.

Wasps nest are made from a thin papery substance produced by chewing wood into pulp and as a result, making it highly inflammation. Therefore, you run the risk of not only burning yourself, but also making your property catch fire.
